Contracts to exhibit at the 2009 New Jersey Music Educators Conference may be downloaded from this site and mailed with a check to:

All questions should be emailed.

Attention:  Exhibitors who download the contract and send it back postmarked no later than August 31, 2008 may choose their own table location!  A floor plan is available to you by clicking HERE.  Pick your table number(s) and write it in the space in the top right hand box where it says Table #.  Should 2 people pick the same tables I will contact the person who sent in the information later.

Please note:  We are a table top exhibit hall and many exhibitors are bringing free standing exhibits that encroach in the next space.  If you bring any free standing display you must purchase 2 tables. NJMEA will reserve the right to ask you to take down your display.

Tables are assigned as the contracts are received.
