All booths are located in Exhibit Hall A. Booths are 10’x10’ with pipe and drape on the back and both sides. The price for the first booth is $700 and includes carpeting, two chairs, a sign, and two (2) badges. Each additional booth is $600. Additional badges may be purchased for $25 each. All free-standing displays must fit inside the 10’x10’ booth space.

Exhibitors who submit their contract and payment by October 15, 2024 may submit requests for their booth space. A floor plan is included in the Exhibitor’s Kit. Booth location assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. If your first choice has already been selected by another vendor your second or third choice will be assigned if available.

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in “Exhibit BINGO” and Door Prize Raffle. Information on both can be found in the Exhibitor’s Kit.
