2025 NJMEA State Conference

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• All Registrations must be completed online. Registration categories include active members, retired members, collegiate members, clinicians, and non-members.

• Below is a direct link to the registration website.

• Early registration is open and will remain open through February 7, 2025. If you miss the early registration period, late registration will be available for an additional fee. Late registration can also take place on-site.

• To register as an Active Member, you must have a NAfME/NJMEA membership that is current through 02/22/25. If your membership is not up-to-date your registration will remain pending - even if payment is received - until your membership is renewed.

• Conference Registration status will be updated weekly below.

• Payments can be made by Credit Card (at the end of the registration process) or Offline (Check or School Purchase Order). If your BOE needs an invoice to create a PO, please contact the NJMEA office.

• Purchase Orders can be emailed to the NJMEA office (wmcdevittnjmea@gmail.com).
  Any PO or check that is mailed should be sent to: NJMEA, 300 W Somerdale Road, STE C, Voorhees, NJ 08043.

• All Purchase Orders must be received no later than February 7, 2025.
